Recommendation No. 44-45 (Paragraphs No. 74 to 77). 44. The Committee are concerned to note the heavy station outstanding and feel that any delay or complacency on the part of the Railway Staff dealing with the outstandings should not be countenanced. They, therefore, desire the Ministry of Railways to tighten up the existing procedure by introducing such changes as are found necessary. 45. The Committee trust that special attention will be paid to station outstanding on the N.E. and N.E.F. Railways
