Allocation of carriages charges on the ballast for main for maintenance purposes. Decision it was decided that the freight charges on Foreign Railways should be booked to the same head of account as in the case of home line freight. Consequently it was decided to delete the words 'incurred on home line' appearing in the explanatory notes under the different abstracts
