An agreement on running power will be signed between Pakistani and Indian railways. It has been decided that formal claims of Pakistan Rlys. on this account should be resolved while the Running Power agreement is still being implemented. (S.No.85) It was decided to accept E.B. Rly's claim for changes to the locomotive's repairs after it was damaged in an accident on the Eastern Rly. Should only be acknowledged, not for any alleged loss of traffic-related revenue made by the E.B. Railway
