It was decided that the test for I.S.A. group members who pass the Appendix III-A examination should not be less stringent than the one specified in Appendix XVII-A for stock verifiers and should only focus on general familiarity with the different classes of stores and practical knowledge of the procedure relating to the verification of stock and stores. It is not planned to standardize this test across all railways
