The Ministry of Home Affairs has decided that, for the purposes of the Central Sectt (R and R) Scheme, the C.E.C., Central Office, C.P.W.D., C.W.I.N.C., and Estate Office will be referred to as Attache Offices, and that hiring stenographers and clerks in these offices will also be done through the U.P.S.C
