FandS Rules- Renalty charges- Detention of breake-vans Railway Wing (Pak) was informed via letter No. 66-PTN-287/5 dated 22-4-67 that the goods brakevans in question were returned to the Pakistan Railways within two calendar days and by the first available train and as a result no penalty is payable by the Indian Railways. This was done in violation of rule 22 of Annexure VII of the FandS Rules
