Recommendation by the Northern Rly that these who have passed the Departmental examination prescribed by the Punjab Govt. for the Accounts office clerical staff of the Govt. Central Workshop, Amritsar may be exempted from passing the Appendix II examination for the Workshop Accounts Branch only.
