Punjab Reorganisation Act, 1966- Claims from successor states for apportionment of liabilities arising out of Motor accidents which took place before the reorganisation of the State of Punjab- Decided that (i) there should be no financial adjustments in respect of payments made before reorganisation (ii) liabilities arising out of the decisions of Tribunals should be dealt with under S. 60 of the Act and (iii) the legal expenses should be met by the State which has to pay or paid compensation- where compensation is sharable, the legal expenses should also be shared
