Complaint against the importation into India of Japanese lawn tennis racquets marked with the words Made in Japan which can easily be removed. Question of making necessary provision in the new Indian Merchandise Marks Law for the Compulsory indication of the country of origin on the goods in indelible characters wherever practicable.
