Held that if the Steel Industries (Protection) Act 1924 is not continued beyond 31st March 1927and Part VII of the Indian Tariff Schedule disappears - items inserted in part VII of the Bamboo Paper Industry (Protection) Act will not be affected and articles iron and steel until be liable to duty under the existing items of import schedule.
