Proposal to repeal the Deccan Agriculturists Relief Act, 1879, and to incorporate some of its provisions in the Bombay Civil Courts Act, and to amend the Usurious Loans Act, 1918, in its application to the Presidency, so as to make that Act applicable in the case of suits by debtors for resumption of mortgages and pledges.
