Exemption, under Section 3 of the Foreigners Ordinance, 1914 (III of 1914) read with the Emergency Legislation (continuance) Act, 1915 (I of 1915), of the crews of any vessel, lawfully engaged as such, in any Country outside British India and who have British India in continuation of the same voyage, from the obligation of obtaining departure permits.
