Communicating to the D. A. G., Madras Command, in continuation of G. O. No. 513; dated, 13-8-1900, letter from the Resident in Travancore and Cochin reporting that Capt. J. J. P. Quinn has been struck off the strength of the Nayar Brigade from the after noon of the 11th August, 1900.
