In order to fill the void left by the passing of Justice M.C. Shah, the Bombay High Court appointed Shri Justice N.M. Miabhoy as a permanent judge. 2. Shri K.K. Desai, an attorney, was appointed as an additional judge of the Bombay High Court for a year. 3. The appointment of Shri Justice D.V. Patel to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Justice D.V. Vyas as a permanent judge of the Bombay High Court. 4. Shri V.A. Naik, a District and Sessions Judge, has been appointed as an additional judge of the Bombay High Court for a year.
