(1) Claims by the Government of Bombay about detainees who were formerly military captives and maintenance and transfer fees. (ii) The decision that going forward, the Ministry of Defence, rather than the Ministry of Home Affairs, should receive all claims for reimbursement of upkeep and transfer costs of former military prisoners borne by Provincial Governments and Chief Commissioner.
