(1) The idea to grant certain Imperial Cadet Corps office clerks stipends for a period of six months was rejected in light of the significant workload associated with the upcoming Coronation Durbar in Delhi. (2) Granting the Commandant of the Imperial Cadet Corps the authority of a local government to grant travel expenses and handle other matters in connection with the upcoming Delhi Coronation Durbar, as long as it stays within the authorised budgetary estimates for the Imperial Cadet Corps camp.
