Decision that in Future Department note should not be referred to the Auditor General and reference to him should be made by the departments in the form of an official letter of memorandum except that the finance Department may correspond unofficially with the Auditor General in Accounts & offer matters while wholly concern him & that Department Amendment to the Secretariat Instructions.
