Entrustment to the Government of Bombay under sec 124(1) of the Government of India Act, 1935, of the function of the control Government under the Bombay landing and Shortage fees Act, 1882 in relation to the port of Bombay instruction to the Government of Bombay that detailed annual accounts of the Bombay landing and shortage fees fund should be supplied to the central Government.
