Eligibility of non European members of the Indian Civil Service to contribute to both the General and the Indian Civil Service provident funds. And amendment of note 2 to rule 7 of the General Provident fund rules in order to lower the present maximum rate of subscription to 3½ percent, so that the maximum amount which an Indian Civil service officer can subscribe to both funds should not exceed 15⅝ percent of his emoluments.
