Refund to the Calcutta port commissioner of the excess amount paid by them to Government in repayment of the kidder-pore Dock loan and payment to the port trust of interest at 4 percent. On moiety of excess payment of Rs. 3,36,904 from 1st may 1914 to date and on the remaining moiety from 1st November, 1914 to date- the claim for interest being treated outside the Dock Loan account.
