Non-acceptance of the definition of Nazul land suggested by the Government of Punjab to obviate difficulties in the classification of sale-proceeds of such lands and decision that the sale-proceeds shall be credited to “XXV-Miscellaneous Imperial” an assignment equivalent to half the amount being subsequently made to the provincial revenues.
