Sanction to the proposal of the Rangoon Municipality to obtain from the bank of Bengal a Cash Credit advance of Rs. 5 lakhs on a demand promissory Note at a fixed rate of interest at 6 per cent. On the daily balance to be recovered half yearly the municipality to arrange to reduce the advance at the rate of one lakh per annum.
