Grant of permission to Mr. J.C. Hopwood, Deputy Conservator of forests, Burma, to substitute a more favorable insurance policy for the one assigned to the secretary of state and to meet the premise on the new policy from the General Provident fund without being asked to refund the amount withdrawn by him from the fund for the payment of premise on the old policy.
