Decision that the Military Service of Certain airman which falls with in the last three years and the Military pay & allowances drawn by their during that period should ne taken into account for proposed of colevlating average salary and that the term Military pay and allowance in Article 40(a) C.S.R. does not include recessing ration or clothing allowances.
