(1) How poor patients who are transferred for treatment from a Pasteur Institute to a Hospital should be compensated for and adjusted for expenses related to their diet, etc. (2) Deciding that government employees making no more than Rs. 25 per month are eligible for maintenance payments for time spent travelling to and from a Pasteur Institute at rates equal to those for time spent travelling to an Institute.
