1. Mr. P. Hide, the principal of the Daly College in Indore, was granted a two-month privilege leave, and Mr. V.A.S. Slow was appointed to serve in his place. (2) The idea to let a month of privilege leave to be carried over into the vacation once an officer has served for 8 years was rejected. This proposal applied to the European Gazetted Staff of the Chiefs' Colleges. (3) The Honourable the A.G.G. in Central India advised that Mr. V.A.S. Stow, Assistant Master of the Daly College in Indore, may revisit the question of granting the foregoing concession as a unique instance if he seeks for permission.
