Grant of leave with an average monthly salary to Lieutenant Colonel F. Stevenson With effect from August 3rd, 1931, I.M.S. became the legation surgeon in Nepal. Capt. M.P. Atkinson, I.M.S., was appointed as the agency's surgeon in place of Col. Stevenson, who was given leave. Vice Capt. Atkinson is temporarily appointed as Civil Assistant Surgeon M. Waris Khan.
