(1) Modification of the plans for Nathia and Dunga Galis' care throughout the summer. The decision that the Chief Medical Officer's responsibilities as Residency Surgeon should be limited to them and their families, as well as approval of the payment of an honorarium of no more than Rs. 500 per year to the Royal Army Medical Corps officer who may be required to attend to all other residents of the Galis who are entitled to gratuitous medical attendance. Grant of the aforementioned honorarium to Captain Foster of the Royal Army Medical Corps in exchange for his services in 1912. (2) Delaying the decision on whether to reinstate Sibi's position as Civil Surgeon
