Application for permission to retire on a proportionate pension under the Premature Retirement Rules by Mr. C.S. Harper, I.E.S., Superintendent of Education in Baluchistan. Mr. C.S. Harper's transfer from the position of Superintendent of Education for Baluchistan to Superintendent for Delhi, Ajmer-Merwara, and Central India is being proposed. It was suggested to eliminate the I.E.S. position of Baluchistan's superintendent of education and replace it with a position in the Provincial Educational Service with a special remuneration of Rs. 200 per month.
