Croning as a temporary Under Secretary's Assistant. Mr. B.J. Stephens has been appointed as the Resident's official Confidential Assistant. Lieutenant Chauncy and Mr. Croning, respectively, retake control of the positions of Under Secretary and Confidential Assistant.
