With effect from October 16, 1928, Lieutenant Colonel F.M. Bailey, a C.I.E. political officer in Sikkim, has been granted leave. Lieut. Col. T.L. R. Weir is appointed as a political officer in Sikkim in place of Lieut. Col. F.M. Bailey, C.I.E., who was given leave.
