1. With effect from April 3, 1928, Lieutenant Colonel D. Heron, I.M.S., was granted leave as the residency surgeon in Mewar. 2. With effect from April 3rd, 1928, Rail Sahib Chhagan Nath, an assistant surgeon serving abroad in the Mewar State, was appointed to serve as the state's residency surgeon in addition to his other responsibilities. 3. The plan was to appoint Major P. Huban, I.M.S., as Mewar's residency surgeon during the chilly months of 1928. 4. The position of Residency Surgeon, Mewar, for Lieut-Col. J. Anderson, I.M.S., Civil Surgeon, Sibi. 5. Major J. Rodgers, I.M.S., was appointed as acting Agency Surgeon Mewar, effective January 7, 1929.
