1. With effect from January 8, 1928, Lieutenant Colonel H.V. Biscoe, H.B.M.'s consul general and agent for India in Khorasan, was granted a leave of absence with an average monthly salary. 2. The appointment of Mr. A.A. Hopcroft, M.B.E., vice-consul at Meshed, to the position of H.B.M., acting as the Consul-General and Agent of the Government of India in Khorasan in addition to his own responsibilities.
