Mr. W.H.J. Wilkinson, C.I.E., a Resident of the Second Class and British Envoy at the Court of Nepal, has been granted leave with effect from March 18, 1928. With effect from March 18th, 1926, Lieut. Colonel T.H. Keyes, C.S.I., C.M.G., C.I.E., of the Political Department, was appointed to serve as a Resident of the Second Class and deployed as the British Envoy at the Court of Nepal.
