Major W.G. Neale has been granted leave, effective as of November 4th, 1925. Major R.G. Hinde was appointed First Assistant to the Resident in Kashmir with effect from November 4, 1925. With effect from November 4, 1925, Mr. I.S. Gonsalves, Superintendent of the Kashmir Residency Office, submitted a request to temporarily perform the duties of Second Assistant to the Resident in Kashmir in addition to his own responsibilities. With effect from December 9, 1925, Mr. B.J. Gould, C.I.E. has been appointed First Assistant to the Resident in Kashmir. Major R.G. Hinde's appointment as the Resident's Second Assistant in Kashmir, effective December 9, 1925
