Reciprocal agreements between the Baroda States and the States covered by this Agency do not impose fees on the upkeep and transportation of detainees or of property in extradition proceedings. (Schedule I of the Indian Extradition Act, XV of 1903) deals with the extradition of criminals between the Baroda State and Bharatpur, Dhopur, and Alwar.
