Requesting the Commissioner of Cooch Behar to carefully watch the further proceedings of the Bhootan Durbar and of a Llama from Bhootan who made a demand upon the Sikkimputty for the restoration to him of a monastery and land at Sikkim on the pretence that he was a reincarnation of a deceased Llama who formerly held them.
