Mr. Edgar`s proceedings in recognizing the succession of Thothub Namguay, the legitimate half brother of the deceased Maharajah, to the guddee of the Raj may meet with the approval of the Government of India. Also supporting the recommendation made by Mr. Edgar, for an advance of six month`s allowance to Thothub Namguay.
