With reference to para 4 of letter No. 38, dt. 14 Decr /71, forwards a Bill for 251/8/3, on account of expenses incurred on the occasion of the investiture of Nawab Mahsmood Dowlah with the Insignia of a Knight Committee of the most exalted order of the Star of India, and requests that sanction may be obtained to the payment of the amount.
