With reference to the correspondence on the subject of the boundary between Julpigoree and Bhootan, submits copy of a letter with annexure and a map in original from Mr. T. D. Beighton, Joint-Magistrate on special duty, reporting his proceedings during the past field season in regard to identifying, repairing, and re-building the boundary pillars, and adds his own remarks on the report.
