Boundary between Bhootan and Julpigoree District. In continuation of the correspondence ending with Foreign Department No. 1752P, dated 5th August 1873, submits for information copy of papers which have reference to a question which has arisen in regard to a portion of the boundary line between Bhootan and the district of Julpigoree.
