The Civil Account Code's ruling in Art. 773(b) regarding the government of India's approval of the appointment of Europeans to positions with salaries of Rs 200 and above and its exclusion from the rules under Sec. 45-A of the government of India Act, which was published in Reforms Office Notification No. 308-S dated December 16, 1920, has been repealed.
