Succession of the Jigme Namgay to the Office of Deb Rajah. In continuation of No. 2238, dated the 12th Ultimo, submits a copy of a letter, with enclosure, from the Commissioner of the Rajshahye and Cooch Behar Division, from which it will be seen that Jigme Namgay has succeeded to the Office of the Deb Rajah of Bhootan.
