The Government of Eastern Bengal and Assam asked to nominate a suitable officer of the Imperial Forest Department for deputation to the Bhutan State for a period of six months to assist the Darbar to examine the Bhutan Forests on the borders of Eastern Bengal and Assam and also to advise the Darbar as to what portion of their forests should be reserved and what restrictions should be observed in the reserved areas
