Decision that a fresh warrant of appointment in not necessary in connection with the transfer of Judges from one High Court to another. the Presidential order of transfer under article 222 of the Constitution will be a legal authority for the Judge to enable him to assume the charge of the office of Judge of the High Court to which he is transferred
