Forwards eight covenants duly signed & witnessed for the restoration of the Insignia of the Order received by the newly created members named within, reports investiture of H. H. the nawab of Rampoor & decoration of Mohammud Ali Ashgar Ali Khan Imdad Ali Khan Bahadoor and States that Mr. P. S. Melorll received the Insignia of a C.S.I. by the hands of a Special messenger.
