With ref. to Secy.`s letter no. 6 dt. 4th June/77 States that an official report has since been received from the Bombay Govt. intimating that Major I. Candy, a Company of the Order deed on the 26th February last, and adds that Major Candy did not receive the Insignia of the Order.
