Proposal that the appointments of Turnkey of Kekri and certain Excise Jemadars of Ajmer-Merwara should be declared as superior from the date of their creation. Chief Commissioner informed that when the pensionary status of an appointment is changed from inferior to superior, the change has retrospective effect
