Sanction to the grant of halting allowance for 10 days only to certain members of the Foreign and Political Department who proceeded to Delhi in advance of the move of the Government of India in connection with the conference of Ruling Princes and Chiefs held in October 1916. Grant as a special case of daily allowance to Lala Ramji Das from the date of his arrival in Delhi to 31st October 1916
