Representation from the Mysore Darbar with regard to the retention of the surplus revenues of thwe Bangalore Assigned Tracts. Proposal for the reduction of subsidy paid by the Mysore Darbar to the Government of India. Resident authorised to open negotiations with the Darbar on the basis of a permanent reduction of the treaty payment of Rs 35 Lakhs and the payment of a lump sum of Rs 7 Lakhs in return for the relinquishment by the Darbar of all claims to surpluses that may accrue in the future
